finance as a verb

Because goals don’t happen by themselves

More than personal finance, we help you dream big and live bigger

Nearly every time I have brunch with a friend, some topic related to financial planning comes up…partially because I’m a personal finance nerd and largely because our finances are so intertwined with our goals, relationships, anxieties, and joys. After countless conversations with friends and family members, I started to notice a common thread among many of my peers: there is a lot of talk about building better financial habits and chasing dreams, but not a lot of action in doing them. It goes like this:

“I am getting married and we want to start a family, but I don’t know how to talk to my partner about money or if we should combine our finances.”

“I hate my job and want to start my own business, but I am too scared to leave the stability.”

“I want to buy an investment property to diversify my family’s income, but I don’t know where to start.”

“We want to retire early so we can travel the world without worrying about work or money but don’t know how much we need to save to afford that.”

…can you resonate?

At FAAV, pronounced ‘fave’, we help you go from talking about your dreams to doing them, so that you can become the homeowner or the family person or the business owner or the world traveler or whoever it is you’re dreaming of. After all, FAAV stands for ‘Finance As A Verb’ because goals do not happen without action, and we’re all about you defining who you are and doing life on purpose through accountability and small, actionable steps.
